️The DIANE project, short for Démonstration d'Inspection et Amarrage Novatrice Embarquée, represents a significant milestone in sustainable space exploration. It aims to demonstrate rendezvous, proximity inspection, and docking operations with a non-collaborative satellite in low-Earth orbit. This initiative strengthens Europe's autonomy in in-orbit services and paves the way for future missions in satellite maintenance and life extension.
At EROSS, we are proud to contribute our EROSS SC component, funded by the European Union, which utilizes resources already in orbit for the DIANE mission.
