This month marked a major milestone for the EROSS SC project with the successful kick-off of the Preliminary Design Review (PDR).

As part of its mission to push the boundaries of space robotics and on-orbit servicing (OOS), EROSS SC has been actively engaging its team in a series of hackathons. These intensive, hands-on problem-solving sessions have played a vital role in accelerating technical innovation, fostering collaboration, and testing new approaches for robotic autonomy in space.

Our friends from ORU BOAS project have reached a milestone that we're excited to share: the publication of a document defining the Design and Development requirements for any generic Orbit Replaceable Unit (ORU) or SatApp, transported in space by a dedicated Transporter.

The future of space operations is evolving, and In-Space Operations and Services (ISOS) are set to play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of space activities. EROSS SC is at the heart of this transformation, contributing to the development of advanced robotic servicing capabilities that will redefine how we interact with space assets.
